Pre-Screening Consultation
Initial Assessment & Guidance
Our pre-screening consultation provides a valuable opportunity to explore your concerns in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. This initial appointment typically lasts between 10 and 15 minutes, during which our clinician will discuss your symptoms, personal history, and current difficulties. This will be an opportunity for you to submit any supporting evidence to consider ahead of your assessment appointment.
This consultation helps determine whether an assessment is appropriate for your circumstances. Following this pre-screening consultation, an appointment will be booked for the full non-diagnostic assessment. We'll review your experiences, answer your questions, and provide clear guidance on the most suitable next steps. For many individuals, this pre-screening serves as an essential first step in understanding whether formal assessment would be beneficial.
What to Expect:
  • Comprehensive discussion of current symptoms and concerns
  • Review of developmental and medical history
  • Exploration of how difficulties impact daily functioning
  • Professional recommendation on whether full assessment is warranted
  • Clear explanation of the diagnostic process and what it involves
Assessment fee is £200.

Available For:

Full Non-Diagnostic Assessment
Comprehensive Evaluation
Our full non-diagnostic assessment provides an in-depth, evidence-based evaluation using gold-standard structured diagnostic tools and clinical interviews. This thorough process examines your developmental history, current presentation, and functional impact across multiple life domains.
The assessment incorporates standardised rating scales, detailed clinical interviews, and collateral history gathering from family members or significant others where appropriate. Our experienced ADHD specialist nurses follow established assessment criteria and best practice guidelines to ensure accurate, reliable conclusions.

Please Note: Depending on your outcome, you may be referred for a full diagnostic assessment with an external clinician. Our team will advise you on the most appropriate route during your initial enquiry.
